FULLY AUTOMATIC WINDER
It is designed to work both in-line with an extruder and from a reel produced by an automatic welding machine.
AMW is a winder with roll change and automatic core loading equipped with material guiding sensor and unloading station with weight control.
Main features:
- Ability to work on carton or plastic cores from 3 to 12 mm, 3″ thick (2″ optional).
- Whenever a reel is finished, it will be unloaded automatically. At the same time the new core will be loaded.
- Equipped with 2 counting modes.
- When film reels are produced in metre count mode, the winder offers the possibility of cutting automatically without needing a welding machine.
